Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with what you buy. This policy explains when you can get a refund and how to ask for one.
1. Downloadable software (e.g. Clipboard Pro)
- You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the software does not work as described and we are unable to resolve the issue.
- Refunds are not granted because of incompatibility you could have checked before purchase (e.g. unsupported OS version), unless we mis-stated the requirements.
- When we issue a refund, the corresponding license key is revoked and you must stop using the software.
2. Credits for AI / paid features
- Unused credits from a top-up are refundable within 14 days of purchase. The refund will be pro-rated based on remaining balance.
- Consumed credits are non-refundable, since the underlying third-party services have already charged us for them.
- If a paid call fails due to our error or an upstream outage, we will credit your account back; you don’t need to file a refund ticket for that.
3. EU / UK consumers — withdrawal right
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days. However, by starting the download or consuming credits before the 14-day period ends, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal for the portion already performed (Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU; UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, reg. 37).
4. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address tied to your Pixmoly account, include your order ID, and tell us briefly what went wrong. We aim to respond within 3 business days and process approved refunds within 10 business days via the original payment method (PayPal).
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback — most issues are faster to resolve directly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated.
